Ahhhh, fresh and light! Hard to compare the before and after on the total remodel of this modest 1940’s ranch home in North Central Phoenix.
The original home of 2800 sf was gutted and a larger addition now includes an elegant master suite, home office, larger family room and updated guest bedrooms/baths and utility areas.
This home is featured on the cover of Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine with an 8-page feature story in the March 2017 issue.
Whites and grays were balanced with warmer ivories, oysters, and beige colors. Accent colors included steely blues and a golden yellow in the main living spaces and a vibrant plum color in the master suite.
