This Paradise Valley residence was a blank slate, in terms of furnishings and decor. An enthusiastic and style-driven couple from Chicago now call this home, and the aesthetic now rivals their previous Chicago penthouse, with Arizona mountain views and outdoor areas to enjoy the mild climate. We chose brushed gold and silver metallics for the living room, with a black, sand and taupe color palette. For the outdoor entertaining areas, we tied in more metallic taupes and slate grey colors ,and a live edge dining table with plenty of seating for stunning views of Camelback mountain. We also updated the large detached casita, the interior paint colors, window finishes, lighting and countertops, in addition to adding a glass wine area off the bar.
