Estancia Residence

This was a full home remodel in the North Scottsdale community of Scottsdale, AZ. This 2850 SF home sits on the desert floor of a rustic, Tuscan-inspired custom home community and was gutted and re-designed in collaboration with the homeowner, a semi-retired interior designer, Laura Marlier from Laurel Designs. We provided interior architectural drawings and co-selected finishes and fixtures, as well as helped with consulting throughout the construction process.
