Sundown Residence

With panoramic views of the Sunridge Canyon Golf Club in the Fountain Hills community in Arizona, this 4600 SF contemporary new build is a combination of natural textural materials and a warm minimalist style. With architecture by Cosan Studio, the vertical and horizontal planes create graphic compositions and we used that architectural language to inspire our interior elevations and material choices. We integrated linear textures in the millwork, tiles and lighting, and mixed the warmth of walnut and oak with stone surfaces throughout. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath is a perfect example of seamless indoor-outdoor living that is a priority for our clients to enjoy our beautiful Arizona climate.
