It's hard to compare the before and after on the total remodel of this 1940’s ranch home in North Central Phoenix that is now beautifully unrecognizable from its modest beginnings. The original home of 2,800 square feet was gutted and a large addition created to include an elegant master suite, home office, larger family room and updated guest bedrooms with baths and utility areas. Whites and grays are balanced with warmer ivories, oysters, and beige colors. Accent colors included steely blues with a golden yellow in the main living spaces and a vibrant plum color in the master suite. The overall effect is fresh and light!
This home is featured on the cover of Phoenix Home & Garden Magazine with an 8-page feature story in the March 2017 issue.
