We want to understand how you want to live, entertain, work, and live as a family within your home. We begin planning with an accurate base ‘as built’ floor plan and then, with an understanding of your goals, budget and timeline, we generate proposed space plans and sketches, as well as finish and fixture options. We can also assist with choosing a builder.

Next, we shift to construction documents, which includes the proposed floor plan and reflected ceiling/power plan, and detailed elevations. We provide full specifications for finishes and custom design elements. These documents allow your builder to accurately estimate the project and ultimately build it.

We offer coordination and design assistance throughout the renovation process. We review shop drawings, perform site visits, problem-solve with the builder regarding site issues, and help find solutions that meet budget and design directives while keeping the project on track.

When the construction set is complete, we turn our focus to furnishings and accessories, working with you to blend any of your pieces with new selections of furniture, accessories and art. We create detailed quotes for approval, order the items and coordinate the installation.
