Our approach to interior design for new custom homes is to work closely with both architects and builders from concept to completion. Starting at the planning stage, we collaborate on project goals, design layouts, architectural details, finishes and fixtures — to ensure we collectively create the home of your dreams.
With a full understanding of your goals, we meet with your architect, builder and other stakeholders to review the project plan, drawings and process.
We prepare a detailed specification spreadsheet with floor plans and elevations for each area — including design elements, art selections, furnishings, lighting, and window treatments.
Once estimates are approved, we begin the process of ordering, custom fabricating, tracking arrivals and delivery expectations to ensure your project stays on track.
Finally, we will coordinate the installation of furnishings and follow through the project until it is complete, beautifully inviting, and exactly meets your expectation.
