We will re-design the interior spaces as necessary, select all plumbing and lighting fixtures, design custom elements and create a drawing package for builder-estimating. We can recommend licensed custom specialists, like furniture installers, art hanging, A/V consultants, etc.

We collaborate with you to select furnishings, accessories, art, bedding and towels, dishes, window coverings and outdoor items. We consider every detail and present you a complete quote for your approval.

We will coordinate the receiving of all furnishings and the installation of all items by a licensed and bonded local company. We will be your local eyes and ears, completely overseeing the project to exacting specifications.
